This is a WebSDR receiver, located in Silec, Poland, QTH KO04SD.
It is operated by Argon. The receiver is RTL-SDR with more stable clock source, upconverter, and some GNU Radio magic. Still work in progress.
More information about the WebSDR project can be found on http://www.websdr.org.
Note: We experience some ISP related problems lately, because of living at the end of the world it might take some time to sort out. Sorry.
Note: for listening to
UVB-76 / UZB-76 / МДЖБ / ЖУОЗ / Buzzer, please try: http://argon.printf.cc:8000/buzzer.ogg. It is better quality than websdr, with expense of slight delay (25-30s). It also saves some bandwidth.
